Menu First Course - Banchan - Kimchi / Lotus Root / Bellflower Root / Soy-pickled Cucumbers Second Course - Bulguksoo - Chilled ramen noodles, spicy buldak sauce, kimchi, seasoned vegetables / Gamja Jorim - Soy-laquered fingerling potatoes / Galbi Jjim - Braised prime short rib with pearl onions and carrots, on top of rice Third Course - Yuja Panna Cotta - Korean citrus custard, raspberries, vanilla wafers  Instructions First Course - Enjoy as is!
